Top five fucking unimaginable things my friends have said to me recently:

1 - Hanukkah isn’t real it was made up for American commercialism

2 - If you don’t get all your activism from twitter then you’re believing propaganda (this is not even paraphrasing this is just what she said)

3 - It’s fine to take away Jewish representation because Jews control all the media so they don’t NEED representation

4 - It’s fine to make jokes about Jewish people having big noses because it’s just a stereotype and it isn’t true

5 - I, a Jewish person, shouldn’t celebrate Hanukkah because it’s not an important jewish holiday (they could not name any “important” jewish holidays because they do not know any)

I cannot continue the list my brain is melting out of my skull
