Demoncursed Vayne, Pandemonium Annie, Pandemonium Kindred & Prestige Pandemonium Shaco - Splash Art
Not to be the bearer of bad news, but Joel Emery has since deleted his apology about the Israeli shoutout in the latest episode of Sherlock & Co. This is following exchanges from fans who were explaining the issues with the handling of things thus far and what was still needed. While the internet is the internet, and some users were memeing and being aggressive - most I have seen on various platforms were being patient, if not growing frustrated somewhat, in these enhances. Joel also stated claims of harassment towards younger fans regarding this, however I have personally not come across fans doing this or any fans expressing these issues (I am not in the server, so I cannot speak for that). So, the validity of these claims/how much of an active issue this was cannot be stated yet. Lastly, this seemed to be in tandem with Joel's questionable response to another user pointing out other controversial elements that the show has not really addressed. This includes a bit where John is dressed in a Nazi uniform as part of a disguise while infiltrating a museum, as well as the harmful way the series adapted "A Case of Identity" by making the culprit someone with a harmful depiction of D.I.D. with transphobic coding. Although, the only part Joel responded to was a comment on Archie fart jokes. Completely disregarding legitimate conversation points and concerns. These are both subjects fans have discussed prior as questionable in the past, and have circled back into conversation again in light of recent events. While I personally find fart jokes not to be of equal weight to the other issues, the fact Joel picked this specific tweet to reply to and make mockery on feels intentional.
I bring this up 1) to keep tumblr users informed on what's happening, and 2) to call to light the issues with the handling of this entire situation. I love the world created in this series, and it's very upsetting to see all of this happen. All we can do is continue talking about it, continue requesting better, and until change occurs - avoid giving the production your money. This means pausing Patreon, not paying for events, avoiding merch. Use the money to help Palestinians instead !

Masked Yaoi meets Masked Yaoi
Round 2, Match 37 — Xinyan (Genshin Impact) vs. Fright Night Shaco (League of Legends)
Xinyan propaganda:
She’s a rock musician in a region that’s otherwise very traditional, and her outfit is basically that rebellion made wearable. The silhouette is loud and spiky (literally). The hair is sculpted into this huge, horned shape ringed with spikes like a punk crown, which makes her instantly recognisable even in a lineup of more elegant Liyue characters. Then the palette does the rest: black and red with sharp white accents, the classic rock/punk colour language, but still anchored with Liyue-style shapes and trims so she feels like she belongs in the world rather than looking like she teleported in from a different game.
Shaco propaganda:

The better design is...
Xinyan
Fright Night Shaco
