Are they religious? What do they think of religion? What do they think of religious people? What do they think of non religious people?
I’m spiritual, but not religious. I believe firmly that there is a force bigger than any of us, but that we’re not really meant to understand it... only connect with it. I think some people need religion, especially if they’ve faced a lot of trauma. It can be good for some people, and whatever makes them feel whole is probably a good thing. But, some people don’t get anything from it, and that’s alright, too. People should just believe in what works for them.
