A/N: I had so much fun writing my first proper imagine! I tried so hard to make it perfect. I’m sorry it’s not very long, but yeah. ☺️💛

Warnings: Just a LOTTT of fluff. 🥺😩

Alec laid in Magnus’ arms, his fingers tracing lightly across the shorter boys chest. He felt Magnus’ hand run along his back and a slight smile creeped across his lips. The two boys sat there in silence for about two minutes, when Alec looked up at Magnus.

“Can I ask you something?” His voice was soft and quiet. His eyes fixed on Magnus’ face as he waited for a response. Magnus kissed Alec’s cheek as he whispered.

“Of course.” Alec sighed at the response and then looked away from the other boys face. “What if one day I wake up and you don’t?” Magnus held a finger under Alec’s chin, tilting it up slightly. “What do you mean?” Alec sighed once again “I just.. I can’t lose you. Not now and not ever. But one day I might - what do I do if that happens? How would I cope Magnus..?”

Magnus kissed Alec’s nose. “You’ll always have me, you’ll never lose me.” He pulled Alec close. “Not now, not ever.” He repeated Alec’s words as a whisper by his ear before pulling Alec on top of him. Alec smiled softly and kissed Magnus gently. The shorter boy held the kiss for a minute or so before pulling away from Alec and wrapping his arms around him. He kissed all over Alec’s face and smiled. “I love you, Alec.”

“I love you too.”

When you got the call from New York you were totally happy. You hadn’t been there in almost 3 years but you could still remember your last stay there. A demon almost got you but Alec, the son of the Heads of the Institute, had saved your life. You couldn’t wait to see him again and maybe save him this time.

But right now it didn’t looked so well. You didn’t even made it to the Institute as you were already attacked by three demons. Two demons at a time you could handle, but three?

For a while you could stand them, even kill two of them but the third punched you hard and you fell to the ground. Trying to get up again, you knew you wouldn’t make it.

Out of the sudden an arrow flew through the night and hit the demon who died screaming.

Breathing heavily you looked up and saw the tall Shadowhunter. Even as he was older now and more of a man, the boy still looked like you remembered him and you recognized him immediately. And you could see he remembered you too.

“(Y/n?)” “Hey big guy. This took really long”, you joked even when your whole body hurt. But it seemed to calm Alec too, because he smiled at you. “Why does it come that I always end up saving your life?”
