I lost it.

I was supposed to lurk for that person that said they were going to write a Rollo vs Malleus thing where Rollo had the Mc in front of a helpless Malleus but now I can't fucking find the fic. Either it wasn't written, or it's so far down the tags I'll never find that shit ☠️

Something that brings me a mild amount of joy, is how I'm not alone in thinking Jamil Viper would've been better as a naga.

There are quite a few others, it seems, that also like to change this aspect of him. It's just something we know to be true. To be what he could've been. Or it's that we are all monsterfuckers.

Either way, every time I see someone draw or write or refer to him as one, I smile. Because we're so right.

Sometimes I just get real sad when a mutual reblogs some shit I did, but not from me. Like damn, you purposefully avoiding contact with me, ok. Guess I'll die.

Every time the thought comes to me that I haven't seen a lot of people write for the Corrupted (read: "Overblot") forms/side of the Twst characters, and I become a little sad about it; I have to remind myself that if I complain about it, it means I have time to be that change. To be the one who does it... But fuck am I far too tired.

Thinking of re-editing and restructuring a scene from a Twst Au I am writing (for myself and my partner's self indulgences), bc I honestly like how well the first Idia sex scene moment turned out.

I'd have to change it to fit for GN to post it on here, bc tumblr is volatile if it's anything but GN these days.

But I like the slight powerplay, and how I feel like I might be getting better at depicting how Idia's heat (not an a/b/o thing) would affect those around him; especially those trying to be intimate. While I have wrote him burning things (and someone during his corruption), I prefer it as more of a "you feel like it's harder to breathe, you're sweating, the touch burns a little" kind of thing. [No. Don't ask me to write "sandwiched between Demigod!Idia and Elemental!Rollo" I see you thinking it! 😂]

I know most people like to write for Idia in this "fandom" as either a shaky submissive virgin, or a evil scientist/nerd yandere/freak type. No one really seems to explore the ties he has to divinity, so my au version of him focuses more on seeing him with that light. Doesn't mean he isn't a virgin or no longer a little shit, though 😂.

Overall, I'd need to rewrite half the scene to offer it to a wider audience, but I'm curious if it's worth my time or not. Nothing worse than putting in time and something gets little response.

I think one of the worst thing about tumblr is that ever time you like something, it's just forever lost in that fucking abyss that is "your likes".

There is no organization. No way to search for something. It's just a bag of holding that never ends. You'll never find that thing you wanted ever again. It was sentenced to death.

After I heard Nix Hydra sold their games The Arcana and Fictiv to Dorian, I decided to go back and replay The Arcana, just in cause things change or are removed in the future.

The game still has characters I really loved, even after a year or so away from it. I had almost forgotten how ridiculous some of it all was- like romancing Lucio, whose story is full of whiplash and trying to hold onto the (low iq) villain... or romancing Julian, the submissive, masochistic pirate. Good times.

It was a good journey. I wish the devs of Nix Hydra well in wherever their path takes them.
