Stabby
While other poptops were learning how to hum he studied the blade. I mean, he still uses the sheath as a flute on occasion, but he’s definitely no stranger to chucking pointy objects. Stabby is the most aggressive of the poptop gang, always the first one in a fight, he flails about in a frenzy, hissing and throwing out rude gestures at every given oppotunity.
Slimeball
As a Slimetop, he is able to secret a slimy acidic mucus from his mouth when he attacks, unfortunately due to the close proximity of his acid glands to the rest of his cognitive organs, Slimeball is constantly being exposed to his own toxins, and as a result suffers from non-stop trips. While still pretty handy in a fight, he’s easily the oddest of the bunch, when humming, he will often abruptly stop, stare off into space for several seconds, then return right back to it as though nothing had happened.
Frosty
The only female among them, Frosty is shy compared to the others, she hardly ever sings, or makes any noise to speak of, and seems to have a very odd ability to defy all laws of physics. For this reason you’ll often find her chilling on ceilings, or high up on walls, enjoying the silence, far away from prying eyes. Unlike the rest of the group, Frosty is a reserved fighter, preferring to pelt enemies with ice from a distance, she will never make the first move, but wont hesitate to make the last one.
Void
A Shadowtop found on the dimly lit midnight moon of a dying star. While most poptops sing to attract prey, Void sings as a warning, thus his songs are very low pitch, and often disturbing to listen to. Seemingly in possession of two personalities, Void will keep his distance and sing menacingly at any potential threats, should they not head the dirge's warning, Void will do a complete 180, and begin furiously attacking. Relentlessly pursuing the target until they are disposed of. At which point the ‘switch’ shuts off, and Void returns to his somber sounds...
