The first couple chapters of Rookie were a prequel to the game so I really could do whatever I wanted 🤣 Most of which was figuring out how our Viago de Riva in particular would run a House vs all the other Crows!! You cant tell me this man does ANYTHING normal like anyone else 😌
And also ofc what it would be like to grow up in a House like his. I'm on the optimistic side of Viago - I can't help but think he is not really a cruel man. Ambitious, yes, disciplined and stern, yes - but never cruel. So how would he treat his House members, the more senior Crows and Fledgelings?
I think tbh the more you write your story the more you run into little lore questions that have no answers, and then you just gotta make stuff up 🤣
