Did a walk early in the day then did a shake out run!
There is NO ONE else that I enjoy working out with more than my kiddo!! Great shake out run from yesterday's race followed by Day 10 of the Betty Rocker 30 Day Challenge. Great way to wind down Mom's Day!!
