Like you said he’s pretty shameless so I think little random acts of kindness or affection towards him would throw him off guard so he’d be like “I- okay”. Like kissing his cheek or if you haven’t seen him in a while giving him a huge hug/jumping into his arms. Anything like that would get him flustered as hell, only for a short while and you’d have to be perceptive as hell to pick it up since he’s normally good at hiding it.
