I learned last night that the Shambhala Mountain Center has been impacted by the Cameron Peak Fire 😢 In middle school my class was blessed with observing the construction of this place and were some of its first students to attend. We were even gifted some of the marble scraps from the temple’s interior mosaics. The inside of the #greatstupa at the #shambhalamountaincenter in Red Feather Colorado. One of the most peaceful places I've ever been. I started going each night after our Off the Mat sessions to just sit and process the day, which led me to some pretty big 💡💥 moments. I was lucky to get some time alone one evening so I was able to get this picture on my way out (📷 allowed inside as long as it doesn't disturb those meditating) 🙏🏽 (at Shambhala Mountain Center)
