I know nothing about Shamrock, his existence was spoiled to me, but I do find the shambuggy ship so fucking funny. Imagine your bum of a brother is failing at romance so hard you swoop in and snatch Buggy for yourself.

Did you see the new update?! OK so you know how you did a AU where Shamrock got Buggy?

Now with the new update I wonder how buggy would react if he was picked up by both when he was small. shanks would be the one who wants to play here stories. But Shamrock would be all about humiliating buggy, taking buggy act like a footstool making buggy cleanup a mess he just made. It would drive Buggy insane because both of the bother some twins would want his attention in there own way.

Shamrock: slave clothes are pretty boring. We should have our toy wear something more dignified to set him apart.

Shanks: Blue does look good in a lot, but all those outfits look, stuffy. I want to see him whair something like this (hold up a dress something a bit skimpy or a really ridiculous pirate get up)

Shamrock: *sniffs* Those both look stupid

Shanks: oh yah we will just have to see what looks better. Oh Buggy!

Buggy: leave me out of this!!

Shanks: oh come on Buggy it’ll be fun

Shamrock: besides do you really like wearing those rags?

Buggy: no but I don’t want to wear either of your stupid clothes.

Shamrock: if you try them on, will let you pick a few.

Shanks: yah

I had to go and look up the latest update of OP to understand what you’re getting at and YES!!!!

How they got Buggy:

Shanks was an out of control child and his recent obsession with pirates is alarming so Garling, with the help of Shamrock’s influence, agreed to by Buggy, whom Shanks was already begging for since he made a scene at the scene auction.

Shanks relationship with Buggy:

He wants to please Buggy to get on his good side and make the other kid play with him and tell him stories, even when Buggy insulted him Shanks found it refreshing and even fun. He’d make him tell him stories of islands he had been to and sometimes they would act it out. But he doesn’t like it when Buggy speaks so fondly of Roger and his crew, only then does he use his celestial dragon title and force Buggy to stop talking and continue playing, those moments remind Buggy that even if he was “good” he was still a high born spoiled brat.

Shamrock Relationship with Buggy:

Since Shamrock is the one who convinced their father to buy Buggy for Shanks then he is entitled to “enjoy” him as much as Shanks. And it angers Buggy to no end. He uses him like any slave. He uses him like Footstool while wearing Muddy choose that he purposely dirtied. Make him clean up any minor mess he made, most times he would do it purposely to force Buggy to follow him around.

When both siblings are with Buggy at the same time:

Shamrock would act nonchalant when Shanks and Buggy are playing some game or when Buggy is telling a story, but in truth he is irritated because he wants to be part of it but his pride won’t allow him. So he act passive aggressive. He wanted Buggy to wear something pretty? He’d say that he should wear something to improve his family’s image and not embarrass them. Buggy said he wants make up? Shamrock would bring the best quality one and say that Buggy was too ugly and should be wearing them. Buggy said he wants to be a performer and not just a simple servant? Good! That means he will finally be of use. ((He give off I bully him because I love him vibes.))

Shanks on the other hand will be happy when Shamrock joins them in any way but would get jealous and try to push him away from his and Buggy’s time together. Maybe by pretending that they are playing hide and seek and shamrock is “it”, or make Buggy believe that he is getting away from his twin from Buggy’s sake, which would earn him favorable points with the bluenette. But still when Shamrock walks in with pretty dress or gorgeous colored clothes that will look on Buggy, he can’t kick his brother away as they both praised Buggy from his new look. Or when his older twin brings make up kit with inspiration photos for Buggy to follow, which were very well chosen since Shanks has no idea about Fashion and just wore what his brother tells him to wear. Or when Shamrock uses their father’s favore to him so they can travel with Buggy and bring him more stuff to not only spoil him with but also for them to enjoy together.

When it comes to their father:

Fingarland HATES Buggy and would take every chance to make sure he knows it. Humiliates him, belittles him and even punish him physically if he saw he “push boundaries” even if his twins allowed it, to him Buggy should have known better not take advantage of his owner’s generosity. The only reason he hadn’t killed him was because he kept Shanks entertained enough that he is taking his studies seriously and is satisfying his sudden obsession with pirates by playing pretend. And Shamrock always points out Buggy’s usefulness to them on the long run so he doesn’t get rid of Buggy but still try to replace him ones in a while, much to Shanks’s anger and Shamrock irritation.
