Ok so people in my life always ask me why i love charmed and buffy so much... and I never really know how to explain it. 

I think I figured it out.

Apart from the obvious reasons like; strong female characters, excellent writing, character development, powerful acting..

I’ve realised it’s because I love how they ended. They never declined in seasons, kept going on until the show completely changed the vibe it felt in the beginning (cough greys anatomy, cough supernatural). They have a solid, complete ending that gave the audience closure and kept to the original meaning of the show. 

I’m sorry for the rant but most shows that I have invested in in my life never have perfect endings or the show continues on for too long until I either lose interest or the writers do something completely bonkers that makes me have no interest in continuing to watch. 

Anyone else have similar feelings?
