Questions 1. If you could have anyone in the world (living or dead) pop out of your birthday cake, who would it be? John Krasinski. Oomph.
2. Which Hogwarts house are you in? Gryffindor! And I didn't even cheat on the Sorting Hat quiz! :) JK Rowling thinks I'm awesome.
3. What is your favorite way to prepare and eat eggs? The really classy sunny-side-up/dippy egg approach, where you break the yolk yourself with the toast. I couldn't imagine eating them any other way (besides scrambled, I mean).
4. What is your favorite place that you have lived? My Junior Year of college I lived in an on-campus apartment with some of the greatest women (and Teddy!). Some of my absolute favorite memories were from that year.
5. Mountains or Ocean? This is tough. I've seen the Alps from the top of Mount Pilatus & it's honestly the most beautiful view I've ever had in my life. I'm tearing up just thinking about it. But every time I go to the ocean, I try to just have a conversation with the waves & I always feel much better afterwards. I feel connected. If all of that makes sense, in a trippy way... so I guess I'm not really answering this question hahaha.
6. What was your favorite book from your elementary school age years? Any of the Babysitters Club books. Sadly I didn't get into HP until it was basically too late to ride the bandwagon. But I always read the Babysitters Club books because I was always jealous of anyone who had a solid group of friends in their own neighborhood. My closest friend has always lived at least 5 minutes' away.
7. What’s your favorite beer? Not a big beer girl. I do love hard cider, though. So I'll answer with Woodchuck.
8. If you could have a song as your “entrance music” or “theme” what song would it be? Oh man. I'm going to go with "Supermassive Black Hole" by Muse. Because I always feel like a rockstar when it comes on, like it could command attention. I'm such a dork.
9. When you were younger, did you have any sort of security blanket/teddy bear/etc that you would take with you everywhere? His name is Mouse Man, he is sitting on my settee as I type. He doesn't go everywhere with me, but every time I have to move for work/life purposes, he's in the car. I'm 23. I can't seem to just give him up.
10. What is your favorite season and why? I always thought it was summer, but I'm starting to think it's spring. The snow starts to melt. The winter blues are shrugged off. Everyone seems happier. OR Autumn, mostly because fall fashions are the shit - and pumpkin spice, apple cider flavored everything.
11. What is the best thing that’s ever happened to you? Losing 40 pounds. For the first time, I honestly feel like I'm allowed to blossom & just LIVE. MY 11 Questions for YOU! 1.
