After two years of nothing but headaches it’s time to expose the sham of a company that is #SlayerEspresso. There is a reason some of the finest roasters in the world refuse to place the machines in their accounts. Because they don’t need the headache associated with servicing this garbage. Techs don’t want to service accounts with them, and as a shop owner, I implore you, look at anything else but a Slayer Machine. This thing stopped working from the first month. All machines will have issues, but few if any, as many as a Slayer w/ some of the worse customer support of any company. We have some of the best techs in NYC who can’t get parts.
