Spent the evening of the last day of January with my awesome @AbujaGSC family, sharing time and space with young Nigerians at the #ShapersConnect event! Now if you didn't know, 'Connect' is an activity by the #AbujaGlobalShapers Hub that brings young professionals in Abuja together to network with a purpose. You should stay close to our social media so you register for the next one! I joined an incredible panel to talk about work + life balance, but also all the other things we end up needing to balance because adulting can sometimes be an increasing number of balls we need to juggle. I enjoyed sharing my experience, talking through how at the end of the day, your output is only as good as the state of your mind and so we MUST prioritise our #mentalhealth in the work place (and everywhere else). You matter. You're special, and you must find your joy and protect it fiercely.
