ShapeShifter habits I think people should know!
[warning these are my HC’s on a fantasy creature.]
With non-Shifter mates their body will form around them in danger as a shelter!
ShapeShifters don’t do gender! Since they can easily change genitalia and appearance, so they mostly use whatever pronouns they perfer!
ShapeShifters avoid conflict and when attacked they will become something to fit the ecosystem. [rocks, trees, lizards. ETC
depending on their Tribe they will shapeshift or eat certain things!
Fear Tribes eat Human Fear, Cloud Tribes eat birds/flying animals/creatures, Human Tribes eat whatever humans eat, and Fauna Tribes live in the forest and mostly eat plants.
they try and study humans, and other creatures! So their kinda scholars when it comes to other beings!
weaknesses vary on what they are.
my personal idea is that most Shifters are liquid based so they are kinda like slimes that harden and soften at will!
sleeps in somewhere damp, cold, and small. But also depends on the tribe
