O-kay, well that was strange. Remember those two foreboding figures that floated away? Yeah, well they kinda look like shadows (I guess?) and they attacked me? Except they didn't? Like, they showed up, and I got attacked, but the one attacking me was some sort of magician called Madgick that screwed up my sense of direction.  So now I'm... confused??? Especially since the monster let me spare them after a single attack, so...

Oh, except... Remember that spider lady? Who told me something about a possibly shapeshifter telling them I was a spider-killing asshole? Maybe those two shadows are shapeshifters???
