Hellaverse S/I: The Three Timelines
Lately I’ve been making color charts for my Hazbin characters, because it is so much easier than having a picture there to get the color palette from. Below are the three different versions of my self-insert: Meg, along with basic information on each timeline.
Name: Meg Morian (goes by Meg)
Age: Mid-twenties
Race: Human
Friends: Adam, Lute, Emily, some OCs for the story
Enemies: Demons, Michael(?), some OCs in the story
Role: Adam’s assigned human to protect when he was forced to join the Guardian Angel Program. Before this she had a quiet life, working two jobs and visiting her parents to help out around the house. Only life isn’t actually that quiet for her. She’s often a magnet for evil people and forces, and is being targeted by a group of demons when Adam finally finds her. Despite this, she tries to live a normal life and take things one day at a time.
Adam isn’t impressed with this form of thinking, and tries to push her into doing things she wouldn’t do without his aggressively persistent nature to force her to.
Out of Story Info: This Meg is the one closest to my real life self, with some fantasy elements (like living on my own in a house) and most of the slice-of-life events Meg and Adam get up to are based on real world events. The action fantasy is in the angels versus demons stuff. This story is the most inaccurate to canon and should be considered a spinoff project. The ship name is Adamspearl or Megadam.

Age: Looks to be around thirty, is actually over two hundred years old at this point
Race: Hellhound(?) (Shardian)
Friends: Charlie (adopted sister), Vaggie, Angel Dust, Husker, Sir Pentious, Emily, Niffty (sort of), Lucifer (adopted dad), Baxter (kind of) Sinner!Adam
Enemies: Angel!Adam, Lute, the Exorcists, Alastor (mutual dislike between them), the Vees, anyone that is a threat to Charlie
Role: Meg was raised since she was a pup alongside Charlie, as a mix of sister and animal companion. No one knows where she came from, but Hell knows her as the Princess’s Guard Dog. During season 1, Meg is a support role character alongside Vaggie, helping Charlie with the hotel and diplomatic situations. During season 1, Meg developed a crush on Sir Pentious, but when she learned he was infatuated with Cherri Bomb, she stayed quiet about her feelings. She also was there on the roof when Charlie and Adam faced off for the last time.
In season 2, Meg is still in her support role mindset and hiding her sadness for Sir Pentious’s death. When Adam shows up as a Sinner looking for help, Meg is very reluctant but ends up being the one that keeps an eye on him to make sure he doesn’t pull anything. They eventually develop feelings for each other over the course of the rest of the series.
Out of Story Information: This is the version of my s/i that is a main cast member of the hotel group. Season 2 onward doesn’t follow the exact plot of the show because Sinner Adam is in it, but follows closely enough. The ship name is Fallen Adamspearl. Note: Meg used to be an Ars Goetia, so early art of this version of the ship are of her as a Snowy Owl demon and not a Shardian disguised as a Hellhound.

Age: Older than the Earth
Race: Angel (Seraph)
Friends: Adam (husband), Lute (surrogate daughter figure), Sera (younger sister), Emily (younger sister), Abel (mother figure, but it’s also complicated) the Exorcists (family friends…even after she learns what they did once a year), her assistants at work, the children in her care (not friends, but she loves them) Charlie (complicated)
Enemies: Violent, unrepentant demons and sinners, Lucifer Morningstar (sort of), Lilith (maybe), and The Root of Evil
Role: The Seraph of Patience and leader of the Heavenly Play Place, home of child souls. Also Adam’s wife of several thousand years. Like Emily, Megan didn’t know about the Exterminations. She thought Adam was just a military leader and his girls were his soldiers. This is true, but she didn’t know how much blood they had spilt. Megan has a motherly aura to her, making the girls see her as a mother-figure at times. Lute especially, but tries to keep this to herself to appear tough. Until Charlie and Vaggie visited Heaven, Megan thought Vaggie had somehow perished in Hell, and was shocked when she saw Vaggie wingless and with only one eye…
It wasn’t long before she learned what happened when Adam blurted about the Exterminations in the courtroom…this lead to an argument similar to Emily’s with Sera, and the last time Megan saw her husband was right before he went through the portal into Hell. Even though she was horrified by his secret job, she loved him until the end, and still does now. But is it enough to go along with Lute’s wishes for revenge?
Out of Show Information: This version of my s/i is the one that most closely follows the canon story for now. She mourns Adam and grieves over losing him like she did, but I don’t think I will be giving her a happy reunion with him. The ship name (while he was an angel, before the show started) is Heavenly Adamspearl
(Also, though Meg is the oldest sister, Sera is still the leader of Heaven’s citizens. Meg was made to care for child souls, Sera was made to handle adult souls and law. Emily was made to keep joy up and make sure everyone was happy and enjoying their eternal paradise. Because of this, people tend to assume Sera is the oldest.)
