TULLE BI TELLI . Tulle Bi Telli is a beautiful luxurious fabric with bits of metal woven into linen or cotton. It was traditionally made in the Egyptian city of Assiuit. The demand for Tulle Bi Telli was dying out until a recent spike in interest by dance enthusiasts. To me this looks quite similar to the Mukesh work/ Badla that is done by very talented craftsmen in Lucknow, India.
