You consider Feferi one of the closest people in your life. You would do almost anything for her. Mostly because she has always been there for you. Whenever you had a problem. Whenever you needed someone to talk to. Since you met her, Feferi has been a very important part of your life.

It was hard at the beginning, because ever since you left your grandfather’s side after he died, people have been entering and leaving your life like it was nothing. You had a great group of four friends who you loved and admired. But slowly you grew apart. You started dating one of them, but things didn’t work out. The guy ended up leaving you, as if once he had you he wasn’t interested anymore. Then the other two friends started dating and stopped inviting you.

And then one day you met Feferi in the café you work in the mornings. She’s a very interesting girl with a tragic life: yes, her family is pretty rich, but her mother is… well. Let’s just say they fight a LOT. You really don’t like that woman. There’s something about her that throws you off.

Since the day you two met you became best friends. You promised to never leave the other’s side.

But now Feferi is leaving.

Apparently the situation with her mother has become insufferable, and you can’t blame her for wanting to leave. But the thought really makes you want to cry. You hold your phone close to your ear using your free hand to rub the back of your head.

“Okay I understand but… I’m sure there must be something else you can do. Maybe there’s no need to leave town, maybe you can move with me.Jesus. Just come over? So we can talk about this face to face. Please?”
