Sharon Gilham said at WoT Con that she's going to start reading the books! I believe someone gifted her a copy of EOTW while she was there. She also said that whenever she looks at other costumes from other things now she'll find herself thinking "Oh, that is so Wheel of Time!"

Josha loved his Aiel Waste jacket so much he took it home. Sharon and him had a conversation about him wearing it in the heat while they were filming in South Africa and she told him he didn't have to wear it cause it was so hot. He said "I'll wear it as long as I can." Which is a very Rand answer imo.

She's trying to organize a costume exhibition for the costumes for all three seasons. She also wants to make a costume book.

She designed unique costumes for all twelve Aiel clans. The original plan was for all twelve clans to have a presence at Alcair Dal like in the books, but they were forced to cut it down to just the Taardad and the Shaido due to financial restraints.
