Had a fun forging experience with this #railroadspike #knife with a snake head pommel. Made it a 4 eyed snake and a cool rune on the side. Of course we finished it off with some @axe_wax and slipped it into a @smokymountainknifeworks leather sheath. . Wouldn't make more sense to eat 800-1200 calories to boost your metabolism and get a good supply of nutrients and such

I eat around that amount of calories daily so it’s not my metabolism that’s struggling. It’s my immune system that I think is struggling since I’ve been getting sick a lot more than usual. I read that a 1 - 2 day fast can help your immune system but tbh it could be a whole lie XD
