I decided to make an Undertale AU called Shattertale so meet Shattertale Sans nickname Shatter!

I will work on the other characters in Shattertale Shatter also has more cracks on his body other than the one on his face

Shattertale content! Cant wait for y’all to see what I have in store! Here we have a peek at my notes wall (yes I do have an entire section of my wall dedicated to shattertale postits) some doodles from when I was on a plane recently, and some bigger reveals!

For those who don’t know, in this au frisk and chara now share a single soul and have joined flowey in a mass genocide and quest for power ;)

The human protagonist will be named Adora! Some doodles of her can be found on the page, and the last photo is her soul- soul of compassion. Her shirt colors on the page have been changed since then so don’t pay attention to that, but the rest of her desc is accurate! She was a friend of Frisk who after a while of awaiting her return, followed her to Mt Ebott.

There is also a possibility that sans will be featured in this au! That’s why he is on the page but this still is not official. The idea I have right now is of him being left behind on one of host (that whole frisk and chara combined mess) and floweys resets, but he went on to really discover the secrets of time travel and hop timelines until he finally finds host- and you.

Hello, Undertale fandom! Can I ask a quick favor?

My sister got into Undertale recently, and she made her own AU. I understand nothing of the game, but I love how excited she is about it and I want people to see her talent since she’s not allowed to have any social media accounts yet.

It’s called Shattertale, and this is what happened:

It started very similarly to the original game, but Sans got tired of his loved ones dying, so he waited for a reset and killed Frisk right when they fell into the Underground. Now that there are eight human souls (yes, there’s only seven in canon, but it being eight in this AU is important), Flowey is looking to absorb them. To protect the Underground and keep the barrier from being broken, Frisk’s soul is put into a locket, and the others are shattered and scattered about the Underground.

This causes the AU itself to slowly start crumbling and decaying, along with everything in it. Sans’ soul is barely being held together by Frisk’s Determination, and even then, his bone attacks and parts of his body are turning to dust.

Each human soul is capable of possessing a single monster via a fragment.

Papyrus, Toriel, Asgore, Undyne, Mettaton, Alphys, and Muffet are all possessed. In order to save a monster possessed by a fragment, Sans has to collect all of the other fragments of the corresponding soul first and then defeat the monster in a fight to take the fragment and repair the soul. Sans cannot be possessed because of the locket holding Frisk’s soul.

In order to save the AU, all of the souls must be repaired. But Sans is working against time as everything falls apart around him, against death as Frisk’s soul can only bring him back so many times with their determination, and against Flowey, who is looking to take all the fragments before he can.

My sister has been working on this for months. She’s so proud of it, and I’m so proud of her.
