For the last 2 months I've been on a writing, fighting sabbatical in Koh Samui, Thailand. I've written the best poems of my life while throwing the best right hooks of my life. I never knew how perfect of a fit art and fighting would be for me. Each punch felt natural, and brought me a little bit closer to my Rajput Warrior ancestors. It's taken me three decades of life but I finally feel like I'm growing into this 2 meter frame of mine thanks to Muay Thai. I'm now counting down the days till my first pro fight at the end of this year. 2018 is only a month young, but it has already gifted me a new passion and an incredible new fighting family that I will have for life.
