For Shavuot. Or because summer’s coming. Or just because. Ice cream is always welcome. This is a flavor I invented because @peregnatural sent me some Hawaij spices and I’ve been using them ever since. It is basically coffee ice cream with hawaij, a Yemeni mixture of fragrant spices. So good.
