Some schools actually work like that in America. Others have all grades but preschool. Oh! And preschool isn't mandatory. We also have kindergarten-5 and/or 6 in sone together, 6 and/or 7-8 in middle school (hormonal hell), and 9-12 in high school. But private schools? Those are a whole other breed. Basically, we have no clue either and you just go where they tell you to for your grade level.

I don't know if I'd ever be able to move to America hsdhdj I get confused at my own school sometimes I would not be able to cope or remember any of that
