Well they both have had romantic and sexual relationships with men and the fact that the two have been in a weird quasi-romantic relationship (I say quasi because they haven’t been confirmed in a relationship although they sleep together and have cute nicknames and other things for each other but not all people do these things romantically anyway)

On top of that Harley is def. polyamorous where Ivy leans more towards demi. 

and I agree with you w/ the pan/bi thing. I can’t describe it accurately myself but either way the two of them do not magically turn lesbian beause they enter a relationship where they are both women. It frustrates me that this sort of thing happens. Like with Asami and Korra :/
