i love love LOVE how for the vast majority of attollo’s civvies, dreamwalker is this boogeyman-esque figure used to frighten mischievous children into behaving and the reason even rational adults double-check the locked doors and shadowy corners of their homes before going to sleep at night. but for ovo he’s just this overworked exasperated mom of six rowdy uncontrollable children (excluding desdemona, i get the feeling she’s relatively chill) who’s just trying his best to keep his damn kids from killing each other for five seconds. like there’s just something about the juxtaposition of a guy who traps people in their dreams and brutally tortures them also being the guy who probably brought a fannypack with neosporin, bandaids, bug spray, etc on the camping trip and yelled at everyone for not wearing enough sunscreen that’s just so *chef’s kiss* muy delicioso. anyways this is just a really roundabout way of saying i’m obsessed with your characterization, stay epic queen <33
I love that you love this LMAOOOO. It is a bit funny how he is this looming almost 'omen-esque' figure to those who don't work with him/know him, and then for those he does work closely with he's really just tryna keep them all sane (Desdemona excluded, since she leaves most work to him anyway).
