Reflection: “Are You Ready, My Child?”
After I received the Eucharist, I knelt in silence—body still, but spirit aflame.
Then I heard Her.
The Blessed Virgin Mary, gentle yet firm, spoke into the quiet of my soul:
“Are you ready, My child?”
“Are you ready to fight?”
Her voice was not of fear, but of commissioning—of a mother preparing her child for war. Not with weapons of man, but with weapons forged in Heaven.
I responded timidly, “What are they, Mother?”
She answered without hesitation:
“The Rosary… and the Holy Face Chaplet.”
These are Heaven’s tools.
Weapons of light.
Chains to bind the enemy.
Keys to unlock grace.
Floodgates of mercy and reparation.
Then she declared:
“We will help you crush his head.”
Not you alone. We.
She, the Woman clothed with the sun.
I, her child consecrated in the Eucharistic Christ.
Together, with the hosts of Heaven, we stand.
She does not abandon those she equips. She remains—at our side, behind us, before us.
The Rosary in one hand, the Chaplet of the Holy Face in the other—these are not ornaments of the devout. They are swords in the hands of warriors.
And so I say:
Yes, Mother.
I am ready.
Let us fight.
Let us crush the serpent’s head.
In the name of Jesus.
By His Holy Face.
Through your maternal intercession.
Amen.
