Me developing my she ra au headcanons like the weakling I am: lion king mum (I call her leona) and young queen angella were good friends and she realises who catra is when she sees her lurking in the shadows with this big shit eating grin. She's perched optimally and wiggles like a cat in preparation. Glimmer and adora are still conversing and haven't noticed catra's perfectly hidden self up until she pounces sceeamining something silly (kawaBonGa, cat divin, Geronimo take your pick) and the girls squeak and scream as they scramble but it's too late. They're all a pile laughing on the floor and the two gang up ruffling catra hair and rolling on her as revenge.
Angella can't help but smile because leona was a prankster too and always did these silly things to her too. She's been pounced on so much as a kid and leona always knew when she needed a breather from princess duty her bff was a good lion mum.
