Today is an important day for Bee Square! We are proud to announce the release of our first ebook for children: Sheldon’s Bedtime Stories: The Golden Trophy. This is one of the projects that has kept us busy during the last few months, and we have put a lot of love and effort into it.
The Golden Trophy is a story about Sheldon, the tortoise. He once bested a boastful hare in a race through the forest. Winning that trophy was the best day of his life, but the story doesn’t end there… Someone wants Sheldon’s trophy and will stop at nothing to get it!

In our first blog post about the book we talked about our new project and about why we decided to embark on it. Since then we have added a lot of great new content to the book and we are now in the finalizing stages, hammering away on our board.
A children's book is all fine and dandy in theory, but how about in practice? Real parents and real kids? What would they say? No more guessing, we decided to put Sheldon's Bedtime Stories: The Golden Trophy to the absolute test.
1. We compiled a bunch of relevant questions from everybody in the company.
2. We invited a lovely group of parents and kids to the studio (we also visited schools and sent the book to some testers around the globe).
3. We watched them interacting in ways we expected and in ways that surprised us while taking as many notes as we possibly could!
We are super happy about the results from this and we would like to say thank you to all the parents, kids and teachers involved that made this possible. Also a BIG thank you to fourlittlesters for their help and great feedback about the book.

Last year was a great year for us here at Bee Square Games and we are very excited to announce that we also embarked on a new project named: "Sheldon's Bedtime Stories". Why a Book?
We saw that families, parents and children worldwide really enjoy playing our game together. So, we simply decided to create an interactive book for parents and children with the title "Sheldon's Bedtime Stories: The Golden Trophy" because it's a lot fun!

Our interactive book (app) is based on the old famous classical fable: "The Tortoise & The Hare" and of course on our game Run Sheldon. We are just about to finish up the project and we are super happy with the result! The book is planned to be released on all major App Stores in the end of February (2014) and we have some more exciting posts coming up about this project so, stay tuned!!
