Dinner was amazing!!! If you saw my last post this was the result of the roast I put in the crock pot. All I’ve got to say is…. Chipotle ain’t got nothing in me!!😂 And guess what??? We have so much left over for more meals to come! We've been eating leftover lasagna for days now and still have a couple slices in the fridge for later this week! But tonight I've decided to change it up and make the roast I've had in the back of my fridge that I completely forgot about!!😱 Chipotle style dinner for tonight! Yummm!!!! I cooked beans last week that we need to eat up and are also in my fridge. The best part....this roast will leave leftovers for next week and I only paid $5 for this!! What you get when you are using up every thing in the fridge... This yummy chicken and veggie soup! And it fed our family for 2 dinners with leftovers for another meal!!
