Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 8 sandwich buns.
Instructions: Put chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Put honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix them all together. Cover the chicken with the sauce mix. Let the chicken cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until it is soft and easy to shred. Use two forks to shred the chicken. Put the chicken back into the slow cooker and mix it well with the sauce. If you want to, toast the sandwich buns. Place shredded chicken on hot sandwich buns and serve.
