May the 4th be with you! Still going along with @funcheaporfree #shelfcookingchallenge, I pulled snacks from the cabinet and we are watching Star Wars tonight! Popcorn, drinks, a couple printables, and we’re ready for a good time. The hardest part was digging out the movie from all the DVDs we haven’t watched in ages! Dinner was amazing!!! If you saw my last post this was the result of the roast I put in the crock pot. All I’ve got to say is…. Chipotle ain’t got nothing in me!!😂 And guess what??? We have so much left over for more meals to come! We've been eating leftover lasagna for days now and still have a couple slices in the fridge for later this week! But tonight I've decided to change it up and make the roast I've had in the back of my fridge that I completely forgot about!!😱 Chipotle style dinner for tonight! Yummm!!!! I cooked beans last week that we need to eat up and are also in my fridge. The best part....this roast will leave leftovers for next week and I only paid $5 for this!!
