There was a lot of cool commentary by the devs, but I'm focusing on the two main lore drops they gave us:

Valerie Vitti is the Phantom confirmed, which I'm sure most people already suspected (including me :p)

And the photo in Prism's house? You know the one with her, and the Handler, and Vitti?

Zor took that photo.

This does (by proxy) confirm another very common theory that Zor was in the Agency at some point, because if they weren't, I don't think they'd have been able to take it. But what a WAY to confirm it. Not only were they Agency, they must have been close with all of them! This is just reinforcing the idea in my mind that Vitti and Zor were lovers of some kind.

Ludwig's prosthetic shell (or one of them, at least) from my in-progress fic, "Shell Games". Bowser commissioned it to be made from precious stones. It's constructed from lapis lazuli, precious topaz, and white jade. Ludwig says it's impractical since it could scratch/break easily but he secretly loves it and is all too happy to wear it for formal occasions.

Why does Ludwig need a prosthetic shell? Because he has a Very Bad Time in my fic. (Maybe I should rename it "Ludwig's Trauma Conga of Misery?" Nah, that's a little too on the nose....)

So I haven’t fully let go of my human!AU idea of like, the Raven Prince (Corvus Prince), Augus and Gwyn in the college/university/sharing a sharehouse story.

One of my headcanons is that Corvus leaves tiny poems around for the people he cares about. Gwyn doesn’t know that this is one of the ways that Corvus expresses his care, probably because the first haiku he ever finds tucked into one of his study books is:
