The Shendak Secret Santa Exchange would occur tomorrow, Friday, December 23rd.
Here’s how it’d go:
1. Posting your gift is cool as long as it’s the 23rd in your timezone. Please take into consideration we all live in different timezones, so your gift might take a day to arrive.
2. Tag your gifts with #shendaksecretsanta16; make sure it’s in the first five tags so it’d be indexed. I’d be tracking the tag and reblogging your posts here; art under #fanart and fic under #fanfic.
3. You’d be posting your gift on your own blogs, tagging the person you’ve designed the gift for. Some blogs can’t be tagged - you can send them an ask.
If it’s art, post it on your blog.
If it’s a fic, you can either post it in your blog, on AO3, or any other platform, as long as it’s free and open for everyone to use. If you’re posting it elsewhere, just provide a link to where you’ve posted it in your post. On AO3, you can use-
even if the person doesn’t have an AO3 account.
4. Heads up for all involved - THIS EXCHANGE WOULD CONTAIN TRIGGERING CONTENT. Luckily for us all, it’s very hard to ruffle my feathers, so I’d tag all content so you could blacklist it and avoid seeing it. I’d be using the following tags:
