A warmly lit area with enticing music and a vibrant atmosphere had drawn the Cathy into the unknown establishment. There were a number of things the gardener had never ha the chance to experience, trapped his entire life within castle walls and garden glass. Not only were the establishments foreign, but most were previously unheard of in his own timeline; what was known as an inn or tavern had seemed to transform into something more modern, from which sprouted many more buildings, a spin-off from the rest.
The one he'd walked through now seemed like one of those places one would find food, however the rowdiness of the crowd left him curious; was the food that great? Or were the patrons simply overly expressive?
His steps were placed carefully as he traipsed inside the dimly lit dining area, side-stepping flamboyant guests as they jostled around the room. Eventually, he located a long counter, one side of which was lined with chairs-- and in them sat a few individuals much more calm than the ones at the tables around the room. One lady, with red hair and green eyes more vibrant than he'd ever seen, sat silently with a glass in her hands and empty spaces beside her. Testing his luck, he'd decided she would be the one to ask about the location he'd wandered into.
"Ah, pardon me," Sliding in carefully so as not the surprise her, the cat stood next to the empty seat beside her. "Would you mind telling me what this place is?"
