A great deal of thought has been put into the design and layout of this shepherd's hut and it comes quite literally fully equipped and ready to use, requiring only suitably sized connections to mains water and drainage and mains electricity supply. It is, in short, ready to plug and play. This is an absolutely unique shepherd's hut which has been lovingly built by hand from the ground up. The chassis, and axles have been professionally fabricated and welded by hand using 100x100 and 100x50mm steel square section throughout, and the heavy duty steel wheels were fabricated specifically for this build. The wheels are mounted on 30mm axle shafts and the front axle is a turntable axle which can turn through 360 degrees to assist in locating the hut precisely on site, as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The robust chassis is painted with metal paint to ensure additional corrosion resistance. The front axle is also fitted with and A frame tow bar fitted with a standard 50mm towing hitch. The frame of the hut itself is made entirely of 100x50mm eased timber, and all external and internal walls as well as both the floor and roof spaces have 100mm of environmentally-friendly, glass fibre blanket insulation, made from recycled glass, to ensure the hut is thermally efficient in all seasons.
