Hey There! I am a bit delayed. I have not yet finished this graphic novel. But this will be the book I read for this month and later share my thoughts. Please if you are interested read along with me! Let me know what you think along the way. I am trying to get a wide range of LGBTQ+ books/content. So far I have done a young adult book (Rainbow Boys), middle grade (Ivy, and Sunny St. James). This month is a graphic novel to get a little more variety in the way it is written. From my understanding it is aimed for again the teen crowd/young adult. The side flap doesn’t say much other than it is about a space crew, who travels through time to rebuild beautiful structures from the past. About two girls who fall in love and learn about the pain of loss. From a review on the back it says “a slow-burn romance and a found-family space opera adventure”- Martha Wells.
I am hoping the “found-family” and science fiction along with some LGBTQ+ content will help to alleviate some hiatus pains as we continue to fight for Wynonna.
