That would be interesting, Shane as the layer/cop thingy??? I can't picture Merle as a lawyer, he would just... fuck the court, literally and figuratively.

Haha, you’re probably right about that. I was thinking Shane would be the guy talking (with Daryl as his roommate) and I don’t know about Merle--business, maybe? I could see him being a slightly-shady businessman. :) 

Of course I have twelve thousand other fics in progress right now so this one won’t happen for a while! But it’s still fun to think about.
