It's Day 2 of #SherryWeek and today we are enjoying Fino La Ina @bodegaslustau. Fino tends to have a somewhat sharper bouquet than its sister wine manzanilla, though both are still light on the palate and bone dry with less than 5 gr residual sugar per litre. Fino's natural salinity and freshness makes it a great wine to pair with anything salty (nuts, olives, cheeses, cured meats) as well as fish and seafood.
