I agree, I really loved Sign of Three. Scandal had been my favorite episode until now. But SoT was just overall fantastic and I can only imagine the fun they had shooting and UGH I LOVE MARY and my Bakerstreet Boys <3 (if this sent through a reply sorry, it wasn't registering though >.<)
ia! it was just clever, and that's what I'm looking for from this show - a clever, well stylized, slick story that captures my eyes and my attention. It performed admirably - I usually multitask when I watch TV and did so in the first ep of this season, but I kept my eyes fixed on the screen this entire episode.

Thankfully, it's not as much paperwork if they come back within 24 hours... after that, it's a bitch. And if they are out longer then 5 days, IT'S A WHOLE NEW ADMISSION. WHICH IS MORE OF A PAIN!
But yeah, with the computer charting, I just have to write up a note about what happened, sending them out, calling the DNS (if applicable), call family, call MD (usually before 911, but I still never got a call back.... even though at 10pm last night he was faxing stuff, lol), and then we wait to see if they come back.
And so far, all have come back same day! IDK about last night's, it was like, 8pm when I sent the resident out, and unsure if the hospital would keep them or not. Plus I'm not at work till tomorrow.
OH I WILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, my extent of dressing up is my Ariel crown.... it was that or my Rapunzel one.... lol. And my Star Trek t-shirt.
