This speaks volumes to me. For one, I’ve never been comfortable with my own body. Like ever. I’ve always been a bigger person, and as a guy, I hated myself. Cross over into my transition, and I’m slowly learning to love my body for every curve that I have. As a plus size trans woman, it’s hard for me to be able to look at myself in the mirror and love every single part of my body. Because I don’t. There are parts of me that should be there and parts of me that shouldn’t be. But this photo shows me the progress I’ve been making and I’m slowly getting there.
