To Clear Up Some Confusion
So, recently I've had several people ask me what a Shield Mage is. I've realized that the name can be somewhat confusing. I've been asked if a Shield Mage holds a shield, I've been asked if we can only cast Shielding spells, and I've been asked why I'm not just called Abjurer. I gave it a lot of thought, and I came to the decision that there is some merit to being called Abjurer. It's what I represent. Shielding isnt the only thing a Shield Mage does. We dispel magic, create wards, set traps, remove curses, banish entities, defeat magical surveillance, and so much more. So, I've talked with Rogue and we've agreed that the blog will henceforth be known as WeAreAbjurer. This won't change anything about the blog other than the name. The content posted will remain the same. This is only to clear up some confusion, and make the Character Concept I represent a bit more approachable.
