Happy “Rites of the Starling” week!! I just ate up “Shield of Sparrows” by Devney Perry and could not wait one minute to draw them.

The Guardian had me on my toes by Chapter 2!

That said ALL THE STARS! Best book of the year. Sarah’s gonna have to come out swinging with ACOTAR 6 to beat ROTS.

Since the eluciens love to use Shield of sparrows against elriels for whatever reason heres a quote of the main couple compared to an elriel quote. 😏

Using charged between two characters is literally the author say “hey reader look! These two characters are being set up as love interests. Look at this energy around them!”
