It's been a very very long time since I played D&D, but I have a feeling that if Taliesin, Vax, & Grog had teamed up against Keyleth, the battle would've been over *even faster*, because (IIRC) 20th level druids (and clerics!) are incredibly, hilariously overpowered. So while Keyleth might've ended up close to death, I'm betting she would still have been the last one standing!

Quite possibly. Druids, man.

And there’s a whole lot of snark I could drop here about how certain sub-communities in the fandom (*cough* Reddit *cough*) judge any character who isn’t Grog or Scanlan, but I’m tired and nobody needs that rant right now.

Benji decides he needs a little bit of a intellectual challenge, so he takes up a new hobby-- what does he choose, why does he choose it, and how well does it work out?

I think he would give rock climbing a try. He’s seen Ethan going at it freestyle on missions and it looks amazing to him. But he’s starting at the basics, of course. He does pretty well, but he’s not sure about how quickly he’d be able to reach Ethan’s level of skill.

No worries dear-you’re the bomb. I made it through as usual-but will be sobbing into my pillow in a minute to deal. Decompressing sucks as much as the thing sometimes.

Manifestement OoC : morning thoughts

//it’s been month that my depression is striking hard taking all joy out of life. Sucking to oblivion all glimpses of inspiration, only allowing me to make the minimum social interactions needed to work and talk and laugh with coworkers.

But the last week has been the worst and the last 2 days completely horrible. I just couldn’t, empty like a grossly sweating slugs.

Today, I feel a tad better. I mean at least I feel. I mean I feel more than self-disdain and surrender but I wonder...

Should I take it as a chance since I need to get out and get groceries?

Does my mind simply manage to trick itself into having strength back because there is nothing to eat in the house and I have to get groceries?

The fact that my old cat is purring on my breast is probably helping too. IDK why but he didn’t really want to cuddle with me lately.... Maybe it’s connected too.

What does Thera do to celebrate Halloween? Has she ever pranked someone? Or does she prefer treats to tricks?

What does Thera do to celebrate Halloween?

Surprisingly, not that much. As in, if she’s been in a place where it’s celebrated she’ll put up decorations, and an invitation has come her way she’ll attend a party or two, but she doesn’t go out of her way over it. Part of this is that October hasn’t been a great time for her, in that the 6th is a day of personal tragedy for her, and that tends to put an edge on the rest of the month.

More recently, she’s been missing the night of the 31st because it just happens to be a certain person’s birthday and she prefers to spend it doing something with or for him.

Has she ever pranked someone?

Just as she doesn’t believe that there should be only one single day to show affection and romance (Valentine’s), neither does she believe that there should only be one or two days when you’re allowed to prank. Or does she prefer treats to tricks?

When all’s said and done, she does prefer treats - tastier and less likely to incur anybody’s revenge. Prank wars get very easily out of control.
