I saw this notification when I first woke up and in my sleep-addled state I thought you said you had a DREAM about this AU and I was like, "Well, if she's DREAMT it, she's basically written it, it's happening, I'M ALIVE." Sigh.

Yeah, definitely had to do the wrist for MAXIMUM AUDIENCE PAIN. He could have rolled up his sleeve and cut himself farther up the arm, where it was safer. Instead, they wanted to show us that Fitz would literally open a vein for Jemma (and then snatch that away from us, because it's not Fitz).

Literally throughout the ENTIRE movie I was thinking oh hey zeus this is FitzSimmons fanfic isn't it?! The screenwriter was in the middle of bingeing AOS and wanted to see Fitz as a suave pianist and also in an 80's cover band and Jemma as a ray of sunshine fighting to remain optimistic in a downer of a profession and thought DAMN THESE TWO WOULD MAKE BEAUTIFUL MUSIC TOGETHER. Literally for two hours I thought that. Damn FS. They've co-opted everything.
lol yup, sounds like you’ve got a case of shipperitis, alright ;) I haven’t seen this movie yet, but I find myself thinking of FS all the time when I’m enjoying art of various kinds. Why they gotta be so romantic and in love and stuff? ;)

“Guys I’m just gonna sit on the floor for a little while, don’t mind me” hahaha. No idea how I got through that weekend with so little sleep, I was so zombified by the end of it! Worth it though, so much fun.
