Don’t get me wrong I am loving this season! And enjoying the episodes in the moment but then after they’re over I just keep feeling the lack of Fitz, he’s just so integral to the show it’s quite an adjustment, a hard adjustment.

hi can I just I’m glad someone else ships Schneider and Penelope b/c I totally thought I was the only one. Like I love their friendship and platonic male/female relationships are great but I can’t help but ship them. They just care about each other so much I DIE.

Right there with you!! I agree on all counts, because I love them exactly as they are and if they remain affection BFFs forever I’ll be thrilled with the show but also I want them to date and spend the rest of their lives together. 

You are definitely not alone, and literally every Alvareider shipper I’ve ever met thought *they* were the only one at first. It’s our very appropriate motto. :) 

(Also since S3 aired there has been a noticeable increase in people shipping them or at least, admitting it out loud and finding each other. I got 60 new followers in 3 days based on my Alvareider posts this week and that same amount of new comments on my fic for the fandom. We are a scrappy and growing group!)

I’m kinda just chalking it up to Jeff Bell and his writing. Like he’s a good writer and every episode he’s written has been good, but i feel like he just doesn’t really know how to write fitzsimmons as well as some of the other writers do.

Yeah, that's a really good point. They were all over the place. but the MackElena was ON POINT, so. I mean everybody has strengths and weaknesses. It's just a shame, then, that we didn't have a strong FS writer wrapping up an FS-centric arc.

That is the plan! And to get the third signed by both of them. If I can summon up the nerve to do it. I’m incredibly shy about it and am breaking into a flop sweat right now just thinking about it!

Though having them see it on the day of the actual march is pretty cool. :)

soooo yeah my self control is actually weaker than my upper body strength and believe me when I say that is pretty weak.

i just have a stronger fear of finding the episode uninteresting or predictable. Because I like getting my guts punched repeatedly... apparently.

^^^^Also it's possible that the grave we saw is either the rendezvous point for Daisy and Jemma or the back door they created to get in. So actually Fitz is with Jemma in that universe and she'll be "piloting herself" like Daisy is. Regardless of what actually plays out i believe the grave and not showing us who Fitz was with was absolutely bating us on the writers part.

Yeah, I definitely agree that not showing us who the hand belonged to was baiting and designed to make us panic (AND IT’S WORKING ON ME FFS) but I’m not really sure about the grave thing. I think they are bating us. For me is his mother. ofc we might see Fitz flirting with girls and Jemma uncomfortable but I truly doubt he's in a meaningful relationship and I doubt Jemma has to fight for his love. see this as an oportunity of see him fall in love with her all over again :)

Other person is totally going to be Aida, who has had the hots for Fitz since forever. I don't mind it bc you know we'll get that moment when Fitz remembers Jemma exists and freaks tf out and they'll both panic trying to find each other in the framework, like on Maveth. We'll get another hand grab scene and we know Fitz couldn't actually live anybody else, even in the mirror world, so it's all bs.

I really don’t think Aida would have put herself in as a love interest for Fitz. I never saw her as having the hots for him. Just. Eurgh. I’m not opposed to it being Aida, or Agnes, I just don’t think she would have programmed it that way.

Having it be Aida or Agnes with Radcliffe kinda snags against my theory that this is a Fitz who never joined SHIELD, but perhaps in this world they met through his dad. Or something. And Fitz built a lot of shit and got patents on them and that’s how he’s filthy stinking rich.
