Hi everyone! my next one will be a Fire station! Cannot believe I managed to finish a firetruck that I'm happy with, hope you like it, though this would be could for a fire station, I will put up some cars as deco next to the lot for making it look more like a large fire station

Adjust height with [ and ] keys, add to it some moveObjects on and snapObjectsToGrid false -- and go crazy.

The caveat is that it [mostly] applies to newly bought objects. Objects that were placed before this mod was installed will may remain the way they were.

Most shifted objects even remain usable :)

To my 1050 "testers": redownload if you want shiftable columns, otherwise it's the same :)

If you feel like experimenting, here's the mod that allows to use certain objects without counters or tables. If you place them with moveobjects and/or shifting, sims will use them almost anywhere.

Doesn't require any particular pack, but may not be Base Game compatible.

Table phones - any table phone, including custom

Microwaves - any microwave

Toaster ovens - any toaster oven

Juicers - any juicer (may require Seasons)

Coffee/espresso/hot chocolate makers - with exception of Juggle Mugs interaction that is universal, this mod affects ONLY maxis objects, including two from Life Stories (requires any pack from OFB or later)

Didn't do food processors.

👎 Animations may look wonky, especially if an object is higher, lower or further than expected.

Be careful with toaster ovens 🔥😐

As you see the commercials are simple, the laundry shop is complete, Also the "Spike building" an antique tower mansion was bought by a young family, it's still being remodeled but you can see there's is a lot of potential in this tiny and beautiful ivory tower.
