I've decided to renovate all of the existing bin lots, starting with this classic, re-imagined in a country style. It features an open floor plan, two large bedrooms for a growing family or roommates, and a shaded back porch with a grill and small garden.

This was built with no CC, on the Ultimate Collection, and requires all Expansion and Stuff Packs. It's free of existing Sim references, and I ran it through Clean Installer to be safe.
